  • The average rate our Helpdesk experts charge is approximately $200 per hour, with the range varying from $0 (pro bono work) to approximately $500 per hour. However, you are welcome to charge whatever rate you wish. There is usually a moderate drop off in bookings at $300 per hour and steeper drop off at $500 per hour.

  • Yes.

 

  • Q: How will an organization or company contact me for a consultation?
  • OnFrontiers will notify you via email when an organization or company requests a consultation with you. You can then determine whether you would like to speak with that organization or company.

  • Yes. Our email notification messaging is secure. 

 

  • Q: Will my personal data be secure?
  • Yes. Data security at OnFrontiers platform is up to GDPR standard and we have 3 layers of protection for it.

  • There is no minimum number of hours you need to work each week. 

 

  • Q: Can I turn down a request for a consultation if I change my mind?
  • Yes. You can cancel the consultation before the date of the consultation if you change your mind.
