The Technical Operations Lead is a versatile role that will engage with all aspects of business development and work closely with our client service team to further develop the technical framework and web platform that enables our breakthrough service model.
- Take charge of OnFrontiers backend (CRM/database) and frontend (website) infrastructure used for building and managing relationships with a pipeline of clients, advisors, and partners
- Test and develop custom web applications and features that enhance our sales, marketing, client service, advisor recruiting, and administrative processes
- Prototype, test, design, and build our version 1.0 of the expert advisor and client portals
- Participate actively in product and service management
- Help generate new ideas, interactions, and patterns for engaging with the expert advisor and client network
- Represent the company with technologists
